Walk the Walk

The CN Tower Edge Walk that is if you dare. Venture outside on Toronto's tallest attraction and the world’s highest full circle hands-free walk. Hook in and circumnavigate the Tower's pod, all the while savouring jaw-dropping views of the city skyline, Toronto Islands and Lake Ontario on one of the most popular attractions in Toronto! Nope, not for us!

All ABOARD

The restored locomotives,  passenger and freight cars at the Toronto Railway Museum. Set your speed, blow the horn and use the breaks on Toronto's railway tracks circa 1950 in their popular train simulator. Grab a short ride on their miniature railway that loop through the park in front of the museum between May and October or simply hang out in Roundhouse Park while Mom and Dad whet their whistles with a Steamwhistle Pilsner and a tour and taste of this popular Toronto brewery.

History Buffs

Wander across Bathurst Street and enjoy the early history of the Town of York at the Fort York National Historic Site. Considered the 'birthplace of Toronto,' the Fort is home to one of the oldest collection of fortifications in Canada, dating back to the great War of 1812. The recently renovated Visitors Center provides an opportunity for visitors young and old to be immersed in the early history of the site and the early city of York as they ascend to the Fort Commons and a final view overlooking the site with shining, gleaming views of Toronto beyond.

Pick Your Team

Cheer on the Toronto Raptors or the famous Toronto Maple Leafs at the Air Canada Center or bring your mitt and catch a home run ball at a Toronto Bluejays game at the Rogers Center, two of the most popular attractions in Toronto.

Whatever your family weekend plans, the Southcore Financial District makes for a great afternoon or all day Saturday get-away!
